Pyre
Dim nefarious windows
Macabre taste that strands me
She wears a Vulcan robe
Embroidered Spanish Magic
We race for the doors of perception
States of mind in tandem pleasure
Mazes of pyramid corridors
Buried between the sadomasochistic
Dali paints in dreams of prisons
The ultimate prisoner of time
No secret tunnels back home
Wrought iron cemeteries
Spurned by the noble sun
No sweet womb that laughs
Safety shattered by the plague
Teutonic swords in dire visions
Ravens eat the flesh of poets
History is such strange madness
Thistles and thorns grow
Cadre of sensuous vampires
Religions of roman hordes
Pray to your witches and warlocks
Summon Thor and wait for Odin
Let your priests cast their spell
Ring your bells from caves and knolls
Confess to your inquisitors
Conjure all your fear of death
Blood up to the bridles
Fields of glory filled with tears
Villages pillaged and burned
Burn your brides at your stakes
Bury your brave sons dying for vanity
The dark future shines
Paradoxes of the seventh seal
Encrypted tombs haunted in rage
Faces of ancient sinners
All the windows are bars
Let the moon descend like flies
No soft blue robins eggs
No smile of pink roses
Rembrandt can’t paint the dead alive
Time withers the granite
They gave themselves to evil
Fought for space and time
Believed dark words
Sired children for stone destiny
Faded in the deadly wind
Pyres of the burning warriors
