Swoosh! , Whoop! ...
Ha! , ah!
Your life's been a beauty
Mine?
Dusty at best
U flew and somehow hit my window
Was about to squash your behind
Thought you were one of those darn mosquitoes
In the split of a second
Where heaven reaches earth and time is left to float away
My heart knew you weren't
I took you in
Let u feel the warmth of my heart
Let you feel the chill of my body
Let you be me
Let you in me
Something hurt
You were bound to be free
Stayed to go.
Loved.
Deeply.
Wrongly.
I'm like a bird.
Without a care in the world.
Or so it seems
You are my butterfly
Not mine.
Fly away.
