The Willow Weeps
A weeping willow stands
looking out over the
waters.
gracefully bends as the
trade-winds whip through
her hair.
winter is quickly
approaching.
Icicles are forming
the days turn cold
nights are lonely.
but soon spring will
return
the weather begins to
warm.
ice starts to melt
she begins to cry
the waters flow again.
