The Phoenix
A mythical bird
spirit of fire
filled with
intense desire.
Life cycle a
thousand years
drenched in a
thousand tears.
tail of scarlet
and golden hue
experiencing
life like
very few.
A nest of twigs
and then
arise from the
flames
and live again.
near the end
it will ignite
reduce to ashes
on a star-studded
night.
another egg, forms
and begins
the mythical Phoenix
lives again.
