A Truth I Weep
wondering in the maze of life
somewhere i stopped on a hyacinth
O' my hyacinth
picking it in my hands
the fragrance though spread
overwhelmed in the perfume of it
i wanted to admit
the beauty of love i had for it
with a pricking pain
i saw the thorns
never with a hyacinth
but there were they
to grin was my compulsion
to laugh was the only way
to not let the heart break
i know the pain
but cant let you suffer
O' my hyacinth
cant let you suffer
cant let you suffer
