The peace cannot last
The peace cannot last
and it’s already ruined
as if war like a lightning bolt
is looking for a place to strike.
Thousands of my people have been murdered
and somehow humans
have lost their humanity
and have become mad, worse than animals
and blades are sharpened,
there is waited on a moment
to strike at, to kill
and to take the possessions of other people.
Some of my best friends have immigrated
and here I am staying
and what if this thunderbolt now hits me?
