The past two years
In the first of these two years
It went from wealth to woe,
marriage to deforce,
victory to defeat,
health to illness,
promotion to joblessness
and the first was shattering,
but the last was sweet.
In the second year I found
a new love
and life got meaning again,
but what the future hold’s
only God knows.
