Whisper lonesome lullaby
Whisper lonesome lullaby, eases you on your way.
Hush my baby as you slumber, speak not of dreams tonight.
Not of images in your head, falling faster to your sleep.
Just random pictures that appear, fade away by dawns early light.
Whisper lonesome lullaby, keeping fear at bay.
Sandman dusted, bringeth on nocturnal wonder, why, where, when?
Whisper lonesome lullaby, I whisper this to you once again.
