The Intent Of The Heart
i've made mistakes
in my life that have
hurt a lot of people....
i want to make sure
that what i'm doing now,
helps a lot of people.
it begins with admitting
and taking ownership
of my mistakes...
walking in forgiveness,
forgiving others, and myself,
as i go....
making every step count....
fully aware of the motives
behind each action....
fully aware of the weight
of every thought and word.....
of the responsibility we share
for and to each other.....
and to the earth.
freedom sweats,
compassion bleeds....
the truth is no further
than the intent of the heart!
