Where Will You Be On Christmas?

Where will you be on Christmas?
I don't know where you are.
Maybe I should be like the Wise Men
and follow a shiny star.
I would ask that shiny star
to shine its light on you
and place you under my Christmas tree
all shiny and new.

'Cause all of the presents that are here
don't do a thing for me.
The lights are twinkling.
The bells are ringing
and all those carols
that folks are singing
are just holiday sights
and sounds of the season.
But without you I have no reason
to celebrate and it's getting late
for Christmas eve is here.

Where will you be on Christmas?
I don't know where you are.
Wherever it is I need you to know
that without you, it's way too far.
