Troubles
How many troubles
have come your way?
Do those troubles have you say?
'Oh, not another one,
Why me Lord'
It's just not fair.
They've cut my silver cord.
Does your head get weary?
Do your eyes get teary?
Then you've just kept pace
with the human race.
'Cause no one escapes
troubles for long.
They come to the weak.
They come to the strong.
So don't ever feel
like you're all alone.
Some are worse off
Trouble's all they've ever known.
Sickness, poverty
and loss of love
are the troubles we meet
on our trip to heaven above.
