Pyramid
an alien tower
left by arcane builders
who command visceral gods
must first be mastered.
seven slow steps
to peak at crown,
steel spine
ascended,
illumination all around,
levity too,
but contraction
of human
gravity too great
quick descent
on spiral vortex
soon impels
