Rose In The Rose Garden
In a garden full of roses,
one is very special to me;
its fragrance holds
love’s seductive touch.
The bush from which it sprang
holds a warning plain to see,
you can admire the beauty,
but hands off don’t touch.
The garden belongs to someone else
and to trespass is a crime.
You can admire anytime,
just so long as you don’t touch.
