Lucky Star
We reach for each dawn with open arms
to grasp its bounty fair
and try to smell
the scent of success somewhere.
We reach towards the heavens
hoping to touch our lucky star
and find all our wishes
captured within its twinkle.
Each day brings a new dawn
and a new lucky star
that if we can touch it
will make our wishes come true.
