One day I woke up and looked in my mirror
I looked at myself
and when I thought about you
I realised that the person in my reflection was the only one that could help
I thought about thinking about giving up the fight
but now I have found my way through the darkness and I have found the light...
I have found the light
the light, the light, the light shines bright
I was just a boy trying to find my way through the night
but I, oh I, yes I, found it!
I found what I was looking for
and I knew all along that I grew strong because of it all.
So now when I wake up and look at the person I am
I think about you
and I know that you are looking back at me
I know you understand
I thought about thinking about giving up the fight
but now I have found my way through the darkness and I have found the light...
