Shattering Like Glass
Like glass
I feel like my life shatters
Every individual piece
Hurts me as they hit the floor
Nothing is going right
Everything is going down hill
Right before my very eyes
And there is nothing I can do
Like a house being burned
Its it eventually reduced to
Ashes at my feet
Before anyone can save it
All the people around me make it worse
I don't wanna have to be the oldest
I don't wanna have to take care of the
Littles or be strong
I just want to sit down and cry
For everything I've lost
For everything that could and should
Have been
Nobody else seems to understand
So I guess I'm on my own
But somehow that doesn't
Really help
