The End Is Near
Death and life combined,
The feeling is unsure.
Is death coming?
Is life just beginning?
Not knowing is the question.
He's an old man,
Not strong, Nor smart.
He couldn't count the days,
Not even the days he had left.
"One more month left and I'm dead,
For sure this time.
Not another month,
Nor another year,
I'm done! " He shouted.
"Cancer has come,
It's here to stay,
And I must go my time has come."
