Misunderstanding

Wings were fretting
between
paper
sheets of
her biology
note-
book.
An eye
flicker,
between
mud&rain rustles
winged
cross-bearer
under
the left
page
of her
hand-drawn
inky
cells.
She might have forgotten her rusty wings,
or
It can just be a fly.
