The Star
The Star

The star in the sky,
is evermore so bright.
It'll never fade away,
as it fills the sky with light.
It's something to reach for,
when you're awake or asleep.
Such beauty to adore,
even as you weep.
The star in the sky,
can be seen with your heart,
even though it's up high,
it's been here from the start.
You're never alone,
with the father from above.
From the star he looks down,
on all his children to whom he love
