Quotes about transit, page 5
Within Each Mind
Within man's mind momentous energy
Is stored, in transit, waiting for the day
The karmic key found, masks may melt away.
However, in the meantime, blindly we
In turmoil stifle our intensity,
Nor seek to squeeze the secret of the Way.
Each in his cell lets cancer spread. Who may
Allow the soul to surface, forces free?
Creative links we keep confined, in fee,
Harnessed over lifetimes. Held at bay,
Mind and matter separated stay,
In abeyance: sad futility.
Nature’s codes Man may, one day, decrypt,
Dea[r]th death-blow dealing! Until then, dark crypt.

Scurrying to Hide Their Self Servicing
Transit operations add onto the bailout wave.
An economic glitch has transfixed the land.
A dike has broken and no bandage can fix...
The overflow of a crisis,
Hidden by tricks and other conflicts!
Now tearing loose the slipping grip held,
Of those startled and unbelieving it!
But this for years has been creeping to centerstage.
As those in leadership positions,
Socialized in grandiose style and pulchritude.
With an embellishment of their self worth...
Quickly becoming identified with lowlife, trash and dirt!
And seen scurrying to hide,
Their self servicing with greed that appears in their eyes.

Fuse, Suffuse!
The muse of emotion!
Sufficiency;
The spices of care,
Sophiscated!
The passion of a vision,
Play, display!
The ingredients of unity,
Wet and soft;
The aroma of peace,
Lift, gift!
The romance of love,
Sodden!
Sitting beside the swimming pool;
Extremely wet! !
Waiting for you,
Clift, lift!
Like apples for me and pineapples for you;
Played, displayed!
At the swimming pool,
Curious!

Perseverance
The seas I transit, under sail.
Highways and byways I journey.
Calm or direct, may not always be.
Every step, every mile I am tested.
Whether pursued, by dark n’ wild gale,
or striding, twisted, treacherous path.
Times I feel as quarry hunted,
seeking the solace, of any safe haven.
To conquer agonizing strife, by victory.
Laughing loud, in the face of tempest.
Thwarting failure, no quarter given.
Toppling defiant adversity, my tenacity intensified.
Compensation, for determined perseverance.
Light seas, with following breeze,
roadway void, of confrontation.
Radiant light to reveal, disguised pitfall.

The Love a Life can show Below
673
The Love a Life can show Below
Is but a filament, I know,
Of that diviner thing
That faints upon the face of Noon—
And smites the Tinder in the Sun—
And hinders Gabriel's Wing—
'Tis this—in Music—hints and sways—
And far abroad on Summer days—
Distils uncertain pain—
'Tis this enamors in the East—
And tints the Transit in the West
With harrowing Iodine—
'Tis this—invites—appalls—endows&mda sh;
Flits—glimmers—proves—di ssolves—
Returns—suggests—co nvicts—enchants—
Then—flings in Paradise—

Victorious
The seas I transit across,
roads I journey along.
Always calm or direct, may not be.
With every step I am tested.
Whether from dark and wild storm,
or twisted treacherous trail.
Times I feel as the hunted,
seeking the solace of safe haven.
To defeat unrelenting strife.
Dwelling o’er failure, no option.
Surviving each challenge I face,
can only increase my tenacity.
Reward for my persistence?
Roadway without confrontation.
Calm seas with following breeze.
Light, overcoming darkness.

Michael The Arc Angel
Hunted in the abstract painting
The lions of post modernism
Rules are gone
No eternity lingers in the background
Endless gray
Crushing freedom
The law becomes transit mores
Bought and sold
Dealt like a market
We dissipate into the state
The state becomes the globe
Numbers and calculations
Armies with spears as long as 1984
Science a commodity
Politics a new world order
Secular humanism laughed at by Nietzsche
Genetically modified food chain
Genetically modified disease soon to come
Genetically modified man is coming
Biogenesis the new via evolution

E-Coli Source Was Poor Hygiene?
E-Coli source
needle in hay stack
compass tracing back?
Contamination source
was poor hygiene
at restaurant in Lübeck?
Apparently at least
17 people infected
with virile E-Coli
had eaten there?
Such a high number
suspicious severe cases
means huge contamination?
Probably occurred
somewhere anywhere
from farm to fork?

Back When.... (The World Was New)
we used to say 'i love you'...
rushing out doors we never locked.
leaving the fire untended,
and dishes in the sink.
summers came and died,
and neighbors seemed to follow.
as the footprints of small children,
became shadows that grew and left.
we who were forever young,
drinking dawn after dawn.
who are we now?
forever rusting in autumn....
the old spicket drips,
and dogs sleep as if they knew.
even the bricks begin to crumble,
the tin torn from the roof.
the setting sun names its own births,
and validates its deaths.

An Inconvenient Sleet
I hear the scrape of steel on concrete
as neighbors struggle with the cold and wet.
General Winter and his storm troops
aren’t finished with us yet.
If we get these cars unburied
the icy roads still are a threat
People shivering at the bus stop
believe mass transit their best bet.
