Quotes about brimstone, page 2
Bolero Of Fire
Burning flames, brimstone lair
The Devils games, never fair
A ballad of chaos, a melody shaken
Souls now lost, bodies forsaken
Temple of fire, river of death
A place for the liar, corpses breath
End of your life, finish this trial
No more strife, love is vile

How Will It End?
How will it end?
With the smell of brimstone?
Will it end in great gatherings,
Or in defiant dignity, aloof and alone?
Will it all end with a display of defiance,
Or Will it all end with a cringe and a simper?
The brave might defy…The weak meekly cry
But the world will die…with a bang and a whimper

Fire And Brimstone
Fire and brimstone exploding around me
Fire Searing the skin off me
Cutting into my skin, I feel this pain from within
Releasing as I go about bleeding
Pouring forth from my skin a deep impression of your sin
Contempt built from this pillar of ecstasy
Finally buried under these waves of fire
A final front I let down as I fall inside of this ground

The Value Of Innocence
I ONCE HAD A MOST VALUABLE POSSESION,
MORE VALUABLE THAN GOLD AND SILVER,
MORE VALUABLE THAN DIAMONDS AND RUBBIES,
YEA, EVEN MORE VALUABLE THAN BRIMSTONE,
NOW I LIVE WITHOUT MY MOST CHERISHED POSSESION,
YEA, NOW I LIVE WITHOUT MY INNOCENCE!
YEA, I HAVE LOST MY IGNORANCE!
NOW, ALL I HAVE IS WISDOM, AND KNOWLEDGE,
CLOTHED WITH COAL AND LORBS,
YET, MY MOST VALUED POSSESION WAS MY INNOCENCE AND IGNORANCE,
YEA, IT WAS INDEED MORE VALUABLE THAN ALL THE WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE IN THE WORLD!

Distort
diluted intoxication,
elixar of yours that
candy coats my throat,
provides disorient
dizziness of illusions
in this motled Kaleidoscopic
dream
that bursts at the seams
with
verbosity.
not verbosity..
simplicity in a complex skin
that revels in sticky black
reels of string gone twine
that is noose to your mind.
it burns and bubbles to the
surface,
oil slicked brimstone,
lapped and spewed
by probing finger tips.

Fill The Void...
we attempt
to fill the void left
when the self
leaves the soul,
with stone images
of a god we've created
out of iced over fears...
created in the image
of our own darkness.
a god that rains down
fire and brimstone
by our hidden whims.
a god that looks like us,
that acts like us,
and despises all else.
a prophylactic thrust
of eternity,
eternity sold on street corners...
and all the while

No Killing Whores On Sunday
With your King James Bible
And crucifix necklace,
You take perverse pleasure
In berating sinners,
Their ungodliness and tattered lives
Of dirty desires,
Relegate them to certain hell,
Brimstone beds and fiery blankets.
I, too, dig Jesus,
The Sermon on the Mount,
The breaking of bread,
The water into wine,
But I mostly appreciate
Jesus writing in the sand
While men stood around
Waiting to kill a whore,
How he refused to give his hand
To her condemnation,
That beautiful act of compassion,

Summer Heat
Nay, why discuss this summer heat,
Of which vain people tell?
Oh, sinner, rather were it meet
To fix thy thoughts on hell!
The punishment ordained for you
In that infernal spot
Is het by Satan's impish crew
And kept forever hot.
Sumatra might be reckoned nice,
And Tophet passing cool,
And Sodom were a cake of ice
Beside that sulphur pool.
An awful stench and dismal wail
Come from the broiling souls,
Whilst Satan with his fireproof tail
Stirs up the brimstone coals.

I Pray as I Prey
The First Glimpse of this radiant creature, unraveled mind's clarity
Enchanted fairy tale innocence, God's miracle gift, 'tis rarity
My Heavens opened, likening the world stage parting the red sea
Innocence so lovely Angel's sang chorus of my heart felt melody
Curled flowing raven locks, fall upon the shoulders bare
Complexion pure perfection child fair beyond compare
God's wrath of brimstone and fire, does not extinguish this secret desire
After Midnight Mass in the loft young Squire, who sings in the Churches Choir
Parishioners have no scent or smell, stained by the Priest Demon Knave
For behind closed door, he hold's them in bondage, as Master is to Slave.
