Young, Crazy, Wild and Free
We were Running around acting a fool
Breaking hearts breaking all the rules
We were drinking, spitting cussing
getting tattoos
Did anything you dared us to
wasn't any thing we didn't know
or haven't seen
Knew everything by age of eighteen
Falling in and out of love with high school honey
Spending that plastic money
Graduation came around
Got out of that one light town
Not ready for settling down
so much to see
We young crazy wild and free
We were both young just barley eighteen
Didn't listen to a thing, we were care free
Tore up that dirt road fog of dust
was all you could see
Running on fumes burned up that gasoline
But we felt young, crazy, wild and free...
We were young crazy wild and free
I looked at her she looked at me
She said lets commit perfect crime
It's was just matter of time
Brought out her wilder side
Like modern day Bonnie and Clyde swore we'd never cross that line
I stole her heart she stole mine
I fell for her she fell for me
Young crazy wild and free
Through out all the bridges burned
Lessons had been learned pages were written
More pages to be turned
So much more to see
Nothing like sweet melody of those memories of what we use to be
Young, crazy, wild and free
