Wish I were a flower
Wonderful flower in the garden
A facet of nature's creative art
Soft lovely petals
Eye-catching colours
Heart rendering fragrance
Happily sways the flower on the plant
Though its life is only for a day
Least does it care for appreciation
Not a soul may notice it - Yet
it happily dances on the plant;
Wish I could be that flower.
