Twisting us
Contorting us
Into what
You think we should trust
You can try to take us down
Try to make us drown
But you’ll never have us fall
Never see us crawl
We’ll always
Always stand tall
All your cheerful little robots
Dripping with enthusiasm
Such happiness we will never fathom
I think its time to eradicate it
Too late now to debate it
Yah just keep looking at us with that condescending glare
Keep underestimating us without a care
But try not to look so surprised
When we crush you and carry out the plan we’ve devised
But until then keep thinking were powerless
Ignorantly thinking well make no mess
Keep thinking you can break us
Keep thinking you can overtake us
Then realize you can’t even shake us
Then the fear will set in your eyes
And we will watch your sense of control as it dies
We will watch your sense of security as it implodes
And of course well watch your pride as it corrodes
We will never agree
To what you want us to be
You try to deny
Our hunger to be free
Oh just give it up
Because well never give in
So long as you try to keep us down
We will fight back with a bloody grin
Yes
