Nothing Lasts Forever, Take Note
do not be surprised with
depression,
it is nothing but a temporary epidemic
life exercising its muscles
flexing its legs
it is a way of testing the waters of
your hidden humanity
soon you will have those
anti-bodies
and the next time that depression comes again
you accept it as one
normal thing
nothing lasts forever
joy and grief altogether.
