Guardian Angel By My Side
Sitting alone in darkness
I've done my best in trying to put the past away
The guns have even been fired
As bullets fill the sky
Tonight
My guardian angel is by my side
She's with me
We talk about what's going on in our lives
As well as what's going on in this sad world
In you, my dear
You're my personal guardian
I trust in you completely
I trust in you truly
I trust in you deeply
Thanks for being with me tonight my dear
I don't know if the end is near
But I know for sure
You won't let me fall apart
You won't let me go alone
