Depression's Hold on Me
I can see Depression
He's off in the distance
calling for me with open arms
wanting me to come
I try to resist as much as I can
but He's signing the hypnatizing song
A song that I heard several times
and can never resist, no matter what
Finally came in my Depression's arms
full of pain and hurt, along with blood
all the things i know and love
feeling safe in His arms once more
He's leading me out
Dark and solitude place
putting a razor in my hand
motioning me to cut
Been in this situation too many times
knowing exactly what to do
always wondering
when will I ever be done?
Tired of falling in love with him
over and over again
wanting to stop
to get my happiness back
BUT it'll never be
for I love HIM
and He loves ME
