Beauty Dishonored
Her mouth was shut
Her bones were broken
And her eyes cried her last
Mercy unspoken
Her hands were tied
Into disrespect
And bullets riddled her
Beauty forsaken
A year had passed
Her whispers remain
Screaming out from the ground
Like prisoners of war
For death undeserved
For justice deprived
For her beauty silenced
For her beauty forsaken
A beauty dishonored!
