Braless in Detroit
In the early 1970’s
The singer Rickie Lee Jones
Was arrested in Detroit
For not wearing a bra.
I would have been
Around eight years old
At the time
But had I known,
I would have organized
A jailbreak.
To this day,
I support a woman’s right
To do whatever she pleases,
Especially with her breasts!
