My sweet friend you are
Truly full of love and life
You shine like a bright star
A smile that lightens night
Such wit and fun with you
The laughter and the tears
I love you the same it's true
Through heartache and fears
You have a very strong way
An insight you carry very well
Love will grow everyday
I'm so proud of you I must tell
I want your affections displayed
