To Our Brothers/Sisters out There...
we must always see the
greatness of our
brothers
we must always acknowledge
the efforts their time spent
their dreams
which even though unfulfilled at times
the struggle and the pitfall
must always be appreciated
we must always hope
the prayers all intact
within our hearts
the longings kept
burning like fire in the desert
like moon in winter
like comets and meteors
dashing forth
though sudden
in a very short spark of the moment
for it is who we are
and what we are
all fickle and quick
soon to wither like a leaf
soon to dry like a creek
