Ne'er To Pause
I think I must keep on writing
For if I should stop
I may never
Start again
If I should stop
There’d come that awful
Awkward pause
That we all fall victim to…
Now and then
When The dice are tossed
And the thread is lost
And the losing number
Comes up again
I think it best, I must keep on writing
To gamble on rambling
without a rest….for if then
Should I stop…nor e’en to pause
I may ne’er start
To write again
