I remember, I remember
the house where I was born
before foreclosure took away
the homestead I had sworn
in good faith, all attest 'tis true,
to leave grandchildren three: -
times change, leave little rest, I rue
that difference to me!
It seems so very long ago
the liberating Yanks
found welcome everywhere they'd go -
though some were pita swanks,
but since the Shah announced 'I ran'
our bearings all at sea
became - time reeled again would ban
all difference for me!
I remember, I remember
the sun porch, now in pawn,
proud flag a flying red, white, blue,
which now hangs so forlorn
Sun, moon spun round each priceless day,
or so I seemed to see,
four bucks a gallon gas I pay -
what difference to me!
My mind thought then nostalgic ease
eternally could last,
all my desires, priorities
seemed sated very fast,
The fever on my brow shoots higher
now Sheiks of Araby,
up ante for crude imports, tire -
what difference to me!

before Alaskan oil
had spilled upon once pristine shore,
polluting fauna, soil.
With climate change I'm feeling sore,

God Has Back [1]
My God is so good, he always listened to my complaints
My God is always wise to give instructions to the silence {Allah sent the Prophet gave instructions and guidance in the form of words}
My heart feels at peace when I close
My heart is upset when his far
My God is the best and fairest
Always let me, do anything {devotion to the creatures of Allah wants, Allah did not leave but it's all accounted for before Him}
My Lord is the most beautiful and beloved
Seemed to favor life when feeling protected
Most willing to listen to my heart pain
With the soothing my soul smile
I want to follow my lord, my lord good example {Humans can not imitate his Creator, man is obedient and disbelieve in Allah}
My Lord has come back in my heart {Allah is above the heavens, not in the heart, the instructions that can be illuminating and reassuring}
My God always comfort me with His peace
Silent and calm caress me, I feel the pleasure of Allah {not silent, nor caress you}
My God always comfort me when I worry
My God is the most obvious
Besides my god is all just an illusion. {Not all are His creation}
Lord with me in my solitude {Essence of Allah above His Throne, its control on all creatures and his defense on the servants who shared his servants rather than substance}
I saw my lord anywhere and keep it quiet and calm {you mere prejudice, actually Allah was in the sky, so by Allah through His word, Allah was the one who tells what creatures do not know}
I looked at the sun, I feel it in the air {it is a sign of His power, not Allah or Allah's Essence itself}
I listen to the voice crowing cock and machinery
Anywhere and anytime that there is only
God, just the eternal......spread over the universe really quiet and silent {far cry from the truth of such prejudice, the devil has lead you astray, Allah is not united with creation, separate from His creation}

What is Eid 3id
Its about Forgeting your greed!
Get up off your feet
What is Eid 3id
give up your feast
Share your sweets with those crying begging in the streets
Go, wipe the tears of those children in need
What is Eid.3id
Take a walk visit the sick, poor and the old
Pray for the sick, feed the poor, keep the old warm
away from the cold
Im EID 3id, i'll be with you soon
The children, the sick, poor and the old
Every day they spend without a smile, is a lost day
If you have money, give to the poor
If you don't have money, go visit the sick give them hope
If you don't have money, with one touch you can take away the loneliness from the old and show them that you care
Let them Wear a smile as you know one size fits all
If you do this, Everyone will smile in the same language

how beautiful to see a mother's face light up with a smile because her child is having something to eat, it shouldn't be like this we all diserve to smile in the same language

Abraham (Chapter 14, Verses 24-27, Holy Koran)
I ask for refuge to Allah from Satan the exiled evildoer.
In the name of Allah the Kind and the Merciful Giver.
Haven't you thought it over already
How Allah sets forth an allegory
Kalema-A-Taiyeba is like a good tree
Whose root is firm and will never die
And whose branches are in the sky.
It bears fruit in every season
By the permission of its Lord
And Allah sets forth allegories
So that they may learn lesson.
And an evil Kalema is like a bad tree
When it's uprooted, it loses stability.
Allah confirms those
Who believe in Kalema-A-Taiyeba
In this life and in the life-after
And Allah keeps the oppressors confused forever
And Allah does whatever makes Him happier.
N.B. -Allah's happiness is more than His sorrow
That's why Allah is happy.
Kalema-A-Taiyeba is the Muslim's Holy Word -
There's no god but Allah
Mohammad is the messenger of Allah.

Happy eid
Eid Mubarak, Eid Mubarak
Rashid was first to see me with love spark
Very much enthusiastic and pious person
He was so much excited with holy reasons
He had observed fasts for whole of times
Complete observance of rules in time
Prayers in time for seeking peace
Love for all and life to be at ease
We are nice friends since childhood
He was the only Muslim friend from neighborhood
We may share greetings on each occasion
As it had remained our obsession
He is nice at heart and loving man
Above it all, he is lovely human
He may donate enough from his income
Celebrate Eid* with simple manner and welcome
"Allah is liberal enough to grace"
Bring glory and happiness on face
One needs no pomp and show
Only pray sincerely and bow
I may not dwell more about him
But may certainly speak about them
Most of the people celebrate with religious fervor
This festival is for whole of mankind to act as server
Donate maximum to the needy and poor
Shut the bad company and never help wrong doers
Islam stands for purity and much thrust is on principles
It is duty of sensible followers to act as true disciples
He has everything to grace without asking
For Him there is no difference between poor and kings
"Rehmat"* is bestowed on all who believe in and profess
They may never suffer in whatever situation or case
I take this opportunity to convey my greetings to all
Followers all over globe with honest and sincere call
"Let peace be showered on them wherever they are "
Almighty is for all and for them even if they are staying far

What are the qualities that a friend should
have – that which would make a true friend so true?
A friend is one whom you like to be with

The Corsair
'O'er the glad waters of the dark blue sea,
Our thoughts as boundless, and our soul's as free
Far as the breeze can bear, the billows foam,
Survey our empire, and behold our home!
These are our realms, no limits to their sway-
Our flag the sceptre all who meet obey.
Ours the wild life in tumult still to range
From toil to rest, and joy in every change.
Oh, who can tell? not thou, luxurious slave!
Whose soul would sicken o'er the heaving wave;
Not thou, vain lord of wantonness and ease!
whom slumber soothes not - pleasure cannot please -
Oh, who can tell, save he whose heart hath tried,

The exulting sense - the pulse's maddening play,
