Empty
I see the twinkling stars
And the snowy showers.
I do the TV
and the Gym.
I listen to music.
I read and write.
I make love…
I befriend men
and women.
I take long walks
in the rain
and the shine.
I waft through
the breeze
and the waves.
I bask in the beauty
of bounteous nature.
Yet none of these
Fill me up.
And my heart feels
Ever so empty
Without you.
I would love to
Forget you.
But the fact remains
That I love you ~
And would always do.
