We think we want to do something and when it comes to it, we don't. We don't like to commit.

Suicide
Hey there killer, where you goin'?
I see you got a gun and your anger is showing
What you about to do? Gonna kill her man?
I know that you are, but you don't really understand
You wanna be scary, wanna freak her out
Knock on her door, and put the gun in your own mouth
Let her try to stop you, it doesn't work
Turn so she can see you, and make the back of your head squirt!
Before you go and commit, a homicide!
Do us all a favor, you should try suicide!
If your gonna commit, a homicide
Spare us all the drama, you should try suicide!
Hey there killer, where you been?
Plotting out the murder on the perfect ten
Wanna make scary on her, I assume
Break in her house and hang yourself in her bedroom
Hey there killer, your unstoppable
Out of control and yo, she's irresistible
Go to her job and drink some gasoline
Swallow a match, and show her just what she means to ya!
Before you go and commit, a homicide!
Do us all a favor, you should try suicide!
If your gonna commit, a homicide
Spare us all the drama, you should try suicide!
Suicide
Before you go and commit, a homicide! (killer)
Do us all a favor, you should try suicide! (come on and try it)
If your gonna commit, a homicide (try it)
Spare us all the drama, you should try suicide! (suicide)
Before you go and commit, a homicide! (killer)
Do us all a favor, you should try suicide! (come on and try it)
If your gonna commit, a homicide (try it)
Spare us all the drama, you should try suicide! (suicide)
Please don't commit, a homicide! (killer)
Do us all a favor, you should try suicide! (come on and try it)
If your gonna commit, a homicide (try it)

Silver Sleep
A night I will commit
A most ungodly thing
I will commit suicide
With the poison I keep
A night I will commit
My last dropp of blood
I will commit suicide
Because you did too
I will commit my suicide
Tonight at sunrise, on the
Roof of Hell, I will commit suicide
With a poison of Silver Sleep
As I take the syringe
And fill it with
The one dropp of the poison
I begin to taste it before it touches skin
The syringe is filled
I place the needle in my skin
And I press the back of the syringe down
The silver liquid passes through my system
I feel no pain
I am now dieing
Lights show around me
As blood passes my lips
The one I love is next to me
But I can no longer hear his voice
My eyes close and I see only darkness
My commitment to suicide has been fore filled.
I dropp the syringe as I fall
To the city street below me
The poison from the Silver Sleep
Is now upon me forever.

Commit To Memory
Commit me to memory, like I own you
Like the last of the raindrops in the consequent Summer,
And the foliage anew by Autumn,
Commit me to memory, though I do not own you
For when the darkness and sleaze go astray,
It is never too late to have vied for and pray,
That the remaining hours in one’s life sway
Towards forgetting and not forgetting –
Now what is better, to commit to memory
Or to disregard and go on day by day?
I know this true enough that you’d turn to say,
That certainly, one leaves and one stays,
You are earnest enough to have forged a lie
Contorting a vastly eviscerated sky
Oh, the things we do when we bid good bye,
How thwarting enough to not permit life
In every breath I pledge with strife.
And so I say, I will commit you to memory evermore
Until your ship is moored to my shore –
But then, hope is a loose accolade hanging
Unsteadily by a thread of phase-shifting,
Star blinding, moon kissing and sun quelling –
And so, to commit you to memory under the infinite sky;
With a sigh, the things you make me do when you say good bye

If i die?
If i die will any1 miss me?
If i die will i be remembered?
If i die will they cry because im gone?
If i die will my best friend be there?
If i die will she care?
If i die would people change the way they think?
If i commit suicide will people judge the person that I was?
If i commit suicide will I get to see my sis because shes in heaven?
If i commit suicide will some1 blame themself?
If i commit suicide will my parents be embarresed to call me their son?
If i think of these things constantly should i commit suicide and take the easy way out or should i fight and pray to god for the best?

Why commit suicide?
Why commit suicide?
Don’t tie yourself with a rope
With life, there is always hope
With life, there is always scope
Why commit suicide?
For you there is no roller coaster life ride
Your heart is filled with an empty hole so wide
Don’t put yourself on fire and fry
With life, you can still make an effort and try
Please leave us not with a permanent goodbye
Why commit suicide?
Believe me when I say ‘You are not alone’
Many out there are shivering cold to the bone
Express your feelings to someone on the phone
Full of debt
Never properly slept
Always sadly wept
Wish you had something wonderful
You could have treasured and kept
Unsucessfuly with exams
After hectic midnight crams
Who gives a damn!
You are not alone!
You are not alone!
So you feel so empty inside
You are full of egoistical pride
To admit the thought of a suicide tide
Love has never even been on your side
Believe me when I say ‘You are not alone’
With life, there is no stone
That you cannot eventually overthrow
To reclaim your rightful throne
So why commit suicide?

Commit Suicide..To God
Commit suicide to God
Every single day
Tell Him all your pain
And He'll take it all away
Commit suicide to God
Give Him all your heart
Pray for all your needs
And you'll never grow apart
Commit suicide to God
Tell Him you give up
Fell His love overtake you
And let Him lift you up
Commit suicide to God
Every single day
Give it all to Him
And He'll take it all away

Canto the First
I
I want a hero: an uncommon want,
When every year and month sends forth a new one,
Till, after cloying the gazettes with cant,
The age discovers he is not the true one;
Of such as these I should not care to vaunt,
I'll therefore take our ancient friend Don Juan—
We all have seen him, in the pantomime,
Sent to the devil somewhat ere his time.
II
Vernon, the butcher Cumberland, Wolfe, Hawke,
Prince Ferdinand, Granby, Burgoyne, Keppel, Howe,
Evil and good, have had their tithe of talk,
And fill'd their sign posts then, like Wellesley now;
Each in their turn like Banquo's monarchs stalk,
Followers of fame, "nine farrow" of that sow:
France, too, had Buonaparté and Dumourier
Recorded in the Moniteur and Courier.
III
Barnave, Brissot, Condorcet, Mirabeau,
Petion, Clootz, Danton, Marat, La Fayette,
Were French, and famous people, as we know:
And there were others, scarce forgotten yet,
Joubert, Hoche, Marceau, Lannes, Desaix, Moreau,
With many of the military set,
Exceedingly remarkable at times,
But not at all adapted to my rhymes.
IV
Nelson was once Britannia's god of war,
And still should be so, but the tide is turn'd;
There's no more to be said of Trafalgar,
'T is with our hero quietly inurn'd;
Because the army's grown more popular,
At which the naval people are concern'd;
Besides, the prince is all for the land-service,
Forgetting Duncan, Nelson, Howe, and Jervis.
V
Brave men were living before Agamemnon
And since, exceeding valorous and sage,
A good deal like him too, though quite the same none;
But then they shone not on the poet's page,
And so have been forgotten:—I condemn none,
But can't find any in the present age
Fit for my poem (that is, for my new one);
So, as I said, I'll take my friend Don Juan.

Dying Daze
Are ya living to live?
Are you living to die
Are you living a tale?
Are you living a lie?
You got one life to life
Are you living it right?
You've got one life to live
Who wants to ride?
Everyday, I do it my way
Live my life my way, but don't care what they say
Dying daze
Dying daze
Dying daze
Dying daze
Ridin till my dyin daze
I'm sick of watchin birds spill
I'm sick of chasin dollar bills
I'm sick of systems tryin to seal my fate (Oh, oh, oh)
I'd rather taste the sunshine with some endo in my ride
I wanna climb waterfalls all day (Oh, oh, oh)
I wanna break the open sky with my psychedelic eye
I wanna ride around the world today (Oh, oh, oh)
And if I never make it home I know my soul is gonna roam
I'm gonna ride until my dying day
Ridin till my dyin daze
Ridin till my dyin daze
Ridin till my dyin daze
Ridin till my dyin daze
I've been all around the world from the east to the west
Japan to LA, I said damn take a breath
Livin life fast put the rest in the past
Till my dyin daze I'll go ridin to the last
And until my dying days I'm living life to the fullest
Staring at the ripcord wondering when I should pull it
Thinkin I wanna stop but no I gotta go faster
Gonna go till I'm broke then throw me out to pasture
Alright Johnny Ric' need to stick to the picture
Knowin damn well how we flip these scriptures
The beats gonna hit ya, ya feel that vibe
It's a dance hall funk with the punk rock rhyme
So get down to pit cause its gonna explode
Circle gonna blow from the first distant go
Whether hittin 5th wide or chargin 12 step
Gaps, that's it when you commit cause there's no turning back.
That's it when you commit cause there's no turning back
That's it when you commit cause there's no turning back
Ridin till my dyin
Ridin till my dyin daze
Dyin daze
Dyin daze

Bible in Poetry: James 2
Favoritism Forbidden:
1 My brothers, then as believers
In our Lord Savior Jesus Christ,
Do not show favoritism.
2 Suppose a man attired fine,
Comes to your meeting wearing rich
Clothes and gold ring and a poor man
In shabby clothes also walks in,
3 If you show special attention
To man in fine clothes and do say,
'Here is a good seat for you, Sir',
But tell the poor man, 'You stand there'
Or 'Sit on the floor by my feet, '
4 Have you not discriminated,
Among yourselves and turned judges,
With evil thoughts and unfairness?
5 O listen, dear brothers, ‘Hasn’t God
Chosen those poor in eyes of world,
To be the richer ones in faith,
And inherit God’s kingdom then,
As promised to those who love Him?
6 But you have insulted the poor.
Is not the rich who exploit you?
Aren’t they who drag you to the court?
7Aren’t they not ones who slander most
The noble name of God, the Lord?
8 If you follow the royal law,
That’s found in Holy Scripture well,
'You love your neighbor as yourself, '
Then, you are doing the right thing.
9 But if you show favoritism,
You sin and will be convicted,
By law of land as lawbreakers.
10 For whoever keeps the whole law,
And stumbles yet at just one point,
Is guilty of breaking it all.
11 'Do not commit adultery, '
Also it is said, 'Don’t murder.'
If you don’t commit adultery,
But do commit then murder still,
You have become a lawbreaker.
12 So speak and act as those who are,
Going to be judged by the law.
That gives the freedom to all men,
13 Because the judgment sans mercy,
Will be then shown to anyone,
Who hasn’t been merciful to men.
So mercy triumphs o’er judgment!

Chronocide
I commit chronocide, killing my day.
The disemboweled seconds now decay.
The corpse of time is silently rotting—
So slowly it's deteriorating—
Soon it's body should be eaten away.
Chopped up in my watch's persistent sway,
I dice the moments passing me on their way
To mem'ry's youthful and innocent spring.
I commit chronocide.
I murder my hours. I slice and I flay.
It's a holocaust of the minutes. I slay
The endless fields of disparate nothing,
Commandeering with the Great Captain Boring,
Telling myself some bloodshed is ok.
I commit chronocide.

Matanza to Welcome Spring
for Pat and Victorio
Spread eagle sheep legs wide,
wire hooves to shed beams,
and sink blade in neck wool,
’til the gray eyes drain of life
like cold pure water
from a tin pail.
(It kicked, choking on nasal blood,
liquid gasping coughs
spattered blood over me.)
Slit down belly, scalp rug-wool
skin away, pinch wool back
with blade to pink flesh, ssst ssst ssst
inch by inch, then I sling
whole carcass in bloody spray over fence.
(Close to its face, I swear
it gift-heaved a last breath
from its soft black nose
and warmed my nostril hairs
as I sniffed the dark smell
of its death.)
Mesquite in hole
boils water in the iron cauldron
which steam-cooks
hind quarters
on grill across cauldron.
Tonight I invite men and women
con duende,
who take a night in life
and forge it into iron
in the fire of their vision.
Aragon has gone
to the river to play his drum.
I hear the deep pom pom pom.
Round bonfire
Alicia squats, ruffles sheaf of poems,
while Alejandro tunes guitar.
Shadows dance round
stones that edge the fire.
(In Alejandro’s boot
a knife hilt glimmers.)
Their teeth gleam grease juice
(as do those of the children, who play
in the dark behind us).
There is fear
in the horse’s eye
corralled nearby.
(Hear the drum on the Río Grande.

I Have No Desire To Limp Home With Agonized Feet
I don't have to be in 'his' shoes,
To know what it is like...
To commit to do for others.
And have those oppose my sacrifice,
To share with a few who listen and gossip...
About what I do they would do differently,
Because what I do for 'them' is either criticized.
But mostly disliked.
I don't have to be in 'his' shoes,
To know what it is like...
To commit to do for others.
However,
I have learned over the years...
When those shoes became too tight to wear,
I do not keep them on to soak my feet...
When not in public.
Oh no.
I don't have to be in 'his' shoes,
To know what it is like...
To commit to do for others.
Every pair of shoes I put on today...
Are guaranteed to provide my comfort.
I have no desire to limp home with agonized feet.
After I have met with a group of ungrateful people.
And to argue their cause too?
No!
I've already made those donations.

Soon There Will Be Love
Soon there will be love...
When it comes.
And this will affect everyone,
Under the Sun.
Self examinations will make this so easy.
Self examinations done is what we need.
Self examinations will make this so easy.
Self examinations done is what we need.
Soon there will be love...
When it comes.
And this will affect everyone,
Under the Sun.
And...
Soon there will be love...
When it comes.
And this will affect everyone,
Under the Sun.
Self examinations will make this so easy.
When it's done.
Self examinations done is what we need.
When that comes.
Self examinations will make this so easy.
When it's done.
Self examinations done...
Must be heeded since it's needed.
Self examinations will make this so easy.
When it's done.
Self examinations done is what we need.
When that comes.
Self examinations will make this so easy.
When it's done.
Self examinations done...
Must be heeded since it's needed.
To be freed of miseries.
And,
Soon there will be love...
When it comes.
And this will affect everyone,
Under the Sun.
Soon there will be love...
When it comes.
And this will affect everyone,
Under the Sun.
Self examinations will make this so easy.

Commit To Suicide
I'm in my room,
In darkness and cold,
I am thinking of committing suicide.
I'm always alone,
And never having any fun,
I'm thinking of committing suicide.
I run away from home,
I'm no where to be found,
I'm thinking of committing suicide.
I have a knife in my hand,
And this note in the other,
I'm thinking of committing suicide.
Now that I am alone,
With this knife to my chest,
I'm about to commit suicide.
I say my last word,
' This was my fat and goodbye, '
I'm about to commit suicide.
I take my last breath,
And now I am dead,
I have just commit to suicide.

Terrified I Am to Commit Again
I think of it and try,
Not to show how utterly terrified I am...
To commit again to unconditional love.
But it is without conditions and prerequisites,
I wish for it!
Maturity is there.
And my heart searches seeking.
But the act of it...
Stays a reluctant fixture in my head.
Suppose my love is actually shared?
And a committment I am afraid to receive,
Is dared by someone with devotion to spare.
Suppose the love I give,
Is returned without thought.
And I am aware,
What is there is no longer sought!
I think of it and try,
Not to show how utterly terrified I am...
To commit again to unconditional love.
And I do not want to appear to be fickled.
Afterall I am at the age,
Where the gray in my hair...
More than testifies I have lived nine lives.
And appearances have arrived,
To prevent denial without my lips to lie.
But I...
Do think of it and try,
Not to show how utterly terrified I am...
To commit again to unconditional love.
But it is without conditions and prerequisites,
I wish for it!
And I do admit,
I am seeking someone to convince me...
I am on that side of time,
When the ticking of the tock heard from my clock...
Is no longer energized by sustained youth,
On watch with anticipated patience.
I'm looking for an express delivery these days.
And willing to change if...if,
Well...
We'll see!

Commit Suicide
Get that knife
Pull that trigger
Jump off that edge
Cut deeper with that razor
Please just kill yourself
This world is better off
Without you
No one will care if you die
If you commit suicide
By morning I want to find you dead
In a puddle of blood
Upon that cold floor
Nothing else but red
Please just let me find you dead
Because I don’t need you
No one does
They never have
And they never will
Commit Suicide tonight
You’re already crying yourself to sleep
There is no more self defeat
Please you make yourself bleed
All we want to do is forget about you
Please just make it easy
Get that knife
Pull that trigger
Jump of that edge
Cut deeper with that razor
By morning I want to find you dead
This world is better off
Without you
So please just commit suicide

Don't commit suicide
Don't commit suicide, you can't afford the cost.
If you commit suicide, your soul will be lost.
Your death will bring others nothing but pain and sorrow.
Don't commit suicide, things may improve tomorrow.
Some people lose everything and they become derelict.
They think that suicide is the answer but they're incorrect.
Things can get better and that's no lie.
Don't end it all, I feel your pain as you cry.
If you have a family, they'll be in misery if you're not around.
It will ruin their lives when they see you being lowered into the ground.
I know that you're unhappy and I'm not asking you to dance.
But people do love you so please give life another chance.

There is no den in the wide world to hide a rogue. Commit a crime and the earth is made of glass. Commit a crime, and it seems as if a coat of snow fell on the ground, such as reveals in the woods the track of every partridge, and fox, and squirrel.
