Being intelligent is not a felony, but most societies evaluate it as at least a misdemeanor.

The Dialogue: Time tested knowledge -Globilization is the ladder
Time –Ladder
My words of inspiration
Will always begin by time
They say time is money
I am thinking of time sitting with my best friend
Then I came to recognize that time is friend who is caring
He is sharing me with his past experiences about life
Hear is the beginning:
My friend: Do you see that we are now failing to do the things in the way that our past forefathers were doing
Me: Yes but why
My friend: This is because we are failing to use the time in a more sunssict manner
Me: what do you mean?
My friend: Have you noticed how naughty the pupils are during the class.
Me: yes
My friend: That is because they tend to take all of things that are being said by the lectures fro granted.
Me: Why is that happening
My: That is not only because the students do not looked to attend the lectures, but that is because they think they will be able to catch up the notes either on the book or on the internet.
Me: Oh yes, But not all of us who are having the similar abilities to grasp exactly what the lectures are saying, doesn’t that cause others to fail.
My friend: That affect everybody.
Me: How
My friend: Do you know what? Time is very important. Most of students – tends to blame the lectures when they have failed. The University is another level of education. There is no one who will push as in the high schools. You need to go and search the information for them.
Me: Besides that my friend: Most of lectures have experience. They have devoted their times in doing their studies. Besides that, most of lectures are very old. For us as the students it is very difficult to develop knowledge about something we have never seen. Do you ever red Ferranti – the sociolology book part about Industrial Revolutions?
Me: Do you mean that Industries evolutes in Europe that any other world?
My friend: That is good but can you think of how the Industrial Revolution tests our time-knowledge?
Me: I think of the time when the animals were being domesticated. I red that book from Diamond Larry. Those animals were then used as transport for goods. Two or three Horse carriages followed on one another. But they may have seen how heavy the goods are. They developed the wheels so that the weight is reduced. That was fine. However the roads were built because of too much bumps on the lands. They have therefore conquered the knowledge of making the trains. Note that the trains mimic the movement of horse carriages. Thereafter, everything followed. That includes cars, aero planes and even telegrams. What we are talking about today is time-distance friction – which means that our world is totally shrinking. That is literally because it does not refer to the actual shrinking of world. It refers to the time that we are now using to travel from one place to another. So you can see that what ever that is happening is traced from the past experience.
My friend: Wow my friend you have killed it? (We shack the hands)
Me: So we cannot only talk about the lectures but we can make our new statement of change.
My friend: Yes my friend you are clever, because you see that this world is changing. It is also said that in our modern societies some societies are failing to change because they are still stick to the superstitions of the past. In terms of culture do you think how can we change culture in the way that will be time- tested?
Me: I like when you say time –tested knowledge. Do you know what? If we can just switch off the knowledge and hysterical notes of writings about anything, including math, science and even culture there is no point to disagree that we shall not have developed in the way that the modern world development is taking place. I don’t like your term change and I suggest that you will use transform in the future. As you have had of how the industrial development was developed and then transformed. We need to study the ways in which the things were being done in the past in other to be able to transfer our modern word in a very smoothest way.
My friend: those words are now clear. You make me remember something. During the case of the ANC president Jackop Zuma. Well you know the rape case and -
Me: Can guess what you want to say. You are talking about the groups of women’s protection, who claimed that the girl did not cry or screamed because she was extremely terrified.
My friend: Yes and the judge said “that is not acceptable. A lady might otherwise have raped dead. No matter how terrifying the thing is, when we see something that terrifies us we tend to scream or be in the state of death. The statement that the women’s protection is trying raise has therefore no interaction in the universe”
Me: The judges are professionally trained; they are the people who are saying things based on the laws that were invented by based on the past experience. It does happen that Law is changed. But again I do not like to use the word change I will prefer to use the word transform. The transformations of laws are usually caused by the transformations of the modern societies. We are highly globalized and we have no point to oppose that. So in other to make the smooth transformation of our laws we need to see what was it cause and aims and what makes it fail to fit with the modern societies.
My friend: Yes you are speaking like lawyer now.

Robbery, Assault & Battery
The streets were deserted though the police were alerted,
They considered the phone call a hoax.
Furtively glancing then jauntily prancing
The youth caught the guards unaware.
Slipping between them he ought to have seen then
The eyes and their owner so near.
With torch shining bright he strode on in the night
Till he came to the room with the safe.
"hello son, i hope you're having fun."
"you've got it wrong sir, i'm only the cleaner."
With that he fired, the other saying as he died,
"you've done me wrong," it's the same old song forever.
Robbery, assault and battery,
The felon and his felony.
Robbery, assault and battery,
The felon and his felony.
Picked up the diamonds and bundles of fivers
He pushed them well down in his sack.
But the alarm had been sounded, he was completely surrounded
But he had some more tricks up his sleeve.
"come outside with your hands held high."
"you'll not get me alive sir, i promise you that sir."
With that he fired, the other saying as he died
"you've done me wrong," it's the same old song forever.
Robbery, assault and battery,
The felon and his felony.
Robbery, assault and battery,
The felon and his felony.
"he's leaving via the roof, the bastard's got away.
God always fights on the side of the bad man."
"i've got clean away but i'll be back some day,
Just the combination will have changed.
Some day they'll catch me, to a chain they'll attach me,
Until that day i'll ride the old crime wave.
If they try to hold me for trial
I'll stay out of gaol by paying my bail
And after i'll go to the court of appeal saying
"you've done me wrong," it's the same old song forever."
Done me wrong - same old song - done me wrong.

Neither you nor I
Cows breed more, deer breed more and hares breed more;
They must breed more for forests want them more.
They must feed lions, tigers and foxes
With their casualties in multitudes.
The poor breed more and the lowly breed more;
They must breed more for societies want them more
They must serve the rich, masters and leaders
With their casualties in multitudes.
Between the forests and the societies,
The difference is: forests gave no saints
Whereas the societies gave saints in chain.
No change in societies as in forests..
Who is the planer? Who can defeat him?
Who is the keeper? Who can control him?
Who is the owner? Who can approach him?
Neither you nor I can reform the world.

Evaluate
Evaluate, Eve, at, eat, ate, tea, vat, vet, vale, veal, ale, let, late, leave;
Love is in the air and you have to be ready for it!
But many around are full of hate because of the very way that they wer brought up.
Evaluate, Eve, at, eat, ate, tea, vat, vet, vale, veal, ale, let, late, leave;
But try to evaluate yourself and don't be a wanderer on this earth!
For the heavens know who you are and you have to do the right things always,
Because, the days ahead of us are now full of the troubles of mankind! !

This I Have I Been Shown
Remember those days,
Seeing people cross a street...
To avoid the ones hungry and homeless?
With a looking down from their held high noses,
As if to evaluate those in need.
Do you remember experiencing hard times,
Knee deep in troubles...
And those you knew abandoned you?
To leave you and wouldn't even speak...
IF they saw you on the street or anywhere publicly.
With their evaluations.
Do you remember getting up on your own two feet,
And determined to beat the odds?
Do you remember beating those odds,
To find yourself feeling blessed...
Confessing your gratefulness to those,
Who had not a clue who you were?
Although...
You remember those days,
Seeing them cross the street to avoid speaking?
But...
You have no problem at all assisting them,
As they experience homelessness and hunger.
And you are not there to evaluate.
Do you remember experiencing hard times,
Knee deep in troubles...
And those you knew abandoned you?
To leave you and wouldn't even speak...
IF they saw you on the street or anywhere publicly?
Do you remember those days keeping your faith,
When that was all that you had to display?
Wishing you could rub a dime in your pocket.
Do you remember giving your last five dollars away,
Knowing it was okay?
And WHO and WHAT knew what it took to make you happy.
With a delivering to you all your needs?
I do.
And I don't need a hint or a clue from anyone to know this.
Nor their self righteous evaluations.
And I take pride in knowing from where it was I came.
I've taken full responsibility for my actions,
With a pause to hesitate.
And I will never find blame to fault anyone,
For the most fantastic lessons I have ever learned.

0135An informal note to God
In case you were on holiday, this nice sunny weather,
(and may I say, what a great idea the Sun is?)
I thought I'd dropp you a line to say, in case you missed it
that our great President, the Bush
who burns with virtue like an oil well yields,
approves that 'Intelligent Design' should be made
along with the Theory of Evolution
a cornerstone of the education of our great nation.
So just in case you felt a little reduced in function
and come back from holiday to
'Oh, were you away? We hadn't missed you...'
and your new official status, that you were simply around
(around? hmmm) to 'flick the switch'
while two something-or-others got together
to evolve a Creation with its quaint old ideas, like love,
(and by the way, your bright idea
of one, two and three, etc., was cute, too...)
I'd just like to take this opportunity to say
that in your modest role of
Intelligent Design
you certainly flicked the switch on
a pretty spectacular show - including those laws
which, understood by some quite impressive intelligences,
enabled the rather smaller, but impressive
'intelligent design' of the space-shuttle
to.. er.. 'evolve'.. and
to fly a fraction, Icarus-like,
nearer the sun...yep, some show...
So 'intelligent design' would be, like,
from those two proto-thingies that happened to
to meet across a room crowded with...emptiness? or everything? -
to whatever intelligent design might be needed
from Now, and every new 'invention' in the world
until...well... Then...
That seems something even better than Evolution
and a bit similar to Providence and
well, sort of.. eternal...? And universal too...
So if You are still enjoying your seventh day of rest
this pleasant sunny weather (somewhere
ecologically balanced, like the seaside, may I hope?) ,
thanks.

Ch 08 On Rules For Conduct In Life - Maxim 05
The country is adorned by intelligent and the religion by virtuous men. Padshahs stand more in need of the advice of intelligent men than intelligent men of the proximity of padshahs.
If thou wilt listen to advice, padshah,
There is none better in all books than this:
‘Entrust a business to an intelligent man
Although it may not be his occupation.’

Reality of life...
All those minding the attitude of multitude,
Aren't dragged into the den of solitude,
All those who are at the den of solitude,
Aren't minding the attitude of multitude,
All those who learn to read the mind of people,
Aren't energized to be useful,
All those who are energized to be useful,
Aren't reading the mind of the people,
All those who succeed are not intelligent,
All those who are intelligent are not successful,
All flowers that bloomed will not become seeds,
All those seeds not produce flowers indeed,
All those who succeed in life are not intelligent,
All those who are intelligent are not successful, .

Jamie Leigh Jones Protected By Whom? The USA?
Not a thing on television, no book to read, chillin comfy at home?
Google & ponder the case of KBR employee Jamie Leigh Jones,
Left alive it’s another unbelievable story, heartbreaking & intense,
Doctors took photos, a rape kit, however security lost the evidence.
Offered a drink by co-workers, a couple of sips, out like a light,
Repeatedly penetrated back and front, unable to put up a fight,
Bam! Headache! She awakened with blood all over her thighs,
A victim screaming out for justice & no one answered her cries.
Called her father, who called his congressman, everyone appalled,
More calls, inquiries, like PFC Johnson; her case too has stalled,
There’s a term for negative situations like this; it’s the X-factor,
Not only the Army to blame but what about the KBR Contractor?
Her fellow Americans felt Jamie Leigh was just prey on the menu,
Safe under the guise of government protection at their Iraqi venue,
Alien or resident, civilian or military, rape & murder is still a crime,
Death penalty, life without parole, yet the victims are doing the time.
Hiding something doesn’t make it go away but exposing it will,
Why all the Department Of Defense & Halliburton cover-up still?
Could these rape and murder claims be really false or just maybe?
Is the connection to strong to former Vice President Dick Cheney?
After all he was the head of the company before being picked as VP,
His old conglomerate makes billions in government deals overseas,
Especially due to the invasion of what is now good old war torn Iraq,
What’s more important, making money or unmasking sexual attacks?
Obviously they have already made their choice it is real easy to see,
To hell with mental and physical abuse let’s make even more money,
Rape, murder, cover-up, whatever we need to remember the bottom line,
This is pure and simple about greed, it will continue until the end of time.
It’s like wow; this is not Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, New York or LA,
Had this violation occurred in the U.S. these cowards would be put away,
Felony this and felony that without leniency facing a very serious charge,
However, it was done under military rule so they’re free and living large.
Do you wonder how many more yet sadly probably all are too ashamed,
Let down by company promises, while made to feel like they’re to blame,
Hello! It’s life and death not an American versus Iraqi soccer league game,
All is fair in love and war but not when sharing the same Haliburton name.
March of 2010, Ms. Liz Cheney is on a crusade to, “Keep America Safe, ”
But, it is not from her daddy’s former company that covered up the rape,
What would happen if Liz not Jamie was on the receiving end of this crime?
Every single man involved would be dead or doing some serious jail time.
