True Friendship Here

An intangible bond
Crosses the distance
That separates our lands
And connects us by chance.

Embracing in words
From earnest counsel
With a friend of true worth
Bonds are parallel.

Woven sincerity
In a tapestry of care
Our penned repartee
Is a friendship we share.

Ribboned companionship
In written lives laid bare,
We find true friendship
By just writing...here.

True Friendship so Rare!

A true Friendship so special and more than rare
Like the precious gem found not, everywhere
It’s a perfect joy and beauty with good grace.
When a heart is filled with a true friend’s face.
The hand touches you, love and special care.
And soon be the best of friends when in despair.
Makes you smile through all the darkest days...
Plants precious memories in the hearts to stay.
Shares your secret and is always there for you..
With honesty concern to help you make it through!

A True Friend

A friend is someone that you are close to
A friend is someone that always remains true
A friend is someone that sticks to you like glue
A friend is someone that understands what you are going through
A friend is someone that is kind
A friend is someone who would never leave you behind
A friend is someone who is the greatest gift to mankind
A friend is someone who could never let me down
A friend is someone who always around (when you need 'em)
A friend is YOU. That's right.
You've been a very good friend to me
Only you can see
Our true friendship

Friendship Day Poem

I cannot make friends all the time!
I can't keep friendship forever;
I cannot have too many foes;
I cannot live in joys or woes!

A good friend is a life-long thing;
A best friend is something so rare;
But friends are not ideal always;
One's kith and kin matters some days!

Relationship is in your hands!
You can turn something sweet or sour;
Getting a friend is just one thing;
Keep the friendship live and sing!

Take just the best out of this life!
Ignore defects and faults of past;
What you give unto others, speaks;
The wise man for true friendship, seeks!

True Friendship

They say this world is fraught with guile
They say that lips may wear a smile,
And yet the heart be cold the while,
As Zembla's sparkling icicle.

They say that those beloved for years,
Will fly when adverse fate appears,
And meet us ‘midst our lonely tears,
With eye averted scornfully.

Believe it not—oh no! oh no!
True hearts there are, that love not so,
But closer twine in grief and woe,
And love ev'n more in misery!

There may be some, perchance, whose eye
Will only smile when hope is high,
And from the couch of sorrow fly,
To meet in sounds of revelry.

Yet think not all are false and fair!
Though hearts of truth, alas! be rare,
Some, some, at least, will surely bear
The test of dark adversity.

True Friendship

Regardless of the relationship
Having a strong friendship
Should be the base of it
Lucy and Nenita you guys
Are an awesome fit
No matter the distance
You two I will never forget
Years have gone by
My how time flys
I have always thought
Of our goodbyes
As long hellos
Because our friendship
Runs deep in my soul
Your friendship is such a treasure
Real friendship is not easy to come by
Even if you try
One can learn much
From the Redwood trees
You see how tall
That the tree grows
Towering above the ground
But beneath it
The roots are joined together
Strong forever
I wish that I
Could show you my heart
Then you would
Be able see
Your special spot
For now my words
Are all I've got
Always believe
What you mean to me
Our friendship will
Always Be

True Frıendship

Your friends are your needs answered;
They are your field which you sow
With Love and harvest with thanksgiving

Friends provide drink and sustenance
When you suffer with hunger and thirst

When friends speak their minds you fear not;
Saying “No”, nor withhold saying “Yes”

When friends are silent;
Your heart need not cease listening to their heart

Without words, in friendship, all thoughts, all desires,
All expectations are born and shared, with joy unbound

Let their be no purpose in friendship save
The deepening of your spiritual connection

Always give the best of who you are and what you have to friends,
As it is for them to fill your needs, not just your emptiness

Seek not friends for hours to kill, rather for hours to live;
For within friendship there is laughter, mirth and pleasure

When parting from friends, grieve not;
For that which you love most in them may
Be clearer in their absence

Remember friendship as with love;
Seeks nothing save disclosure of its own mystery

True friendship
Is found in the smallest acts of love and kindness

What Real Friendship Is

Friendship sails 'cross all kinds of seas-
The calm, the stirred, the galed...
Serene, difficult and outright stormy...
But true friendship-it never fails;

You come together open-hearted-
With profound respect and devotion-
Tied together with a common thread-
That can sustain any waves of the ocean;

The mark of true friendship stands...
Even when ones skies turn grey-
It is not just partial to sunny fair weather...!
Or absolute attendence come what may! ;

For oft' times we get side tracked...
From our own personal tragedies or worse...
Leaving us sometimes absent but never forgetting...
Our true friends in lifes most gifted verse;

For true friendship is not picky-!
It doesn't correct, fault find or critisize...!
It is a blessing as sure as Gods love-
A most cherished gift in our lives;

Love And Friendship
By Emily Bronte

Love is like the wild rose briar
Friendship like the holly tree
The holly is dark when the rose briar blooms
But which will bloom most constantly?
The wild rose-briar is sweet in the Spring
Its Summer blossoms scent the air
Yet wait till Winter comes again
And who will call the wild briar fair?
Then scorn the silly rose-wreath now
And deck thee with the hollys sheen
That when December blights thy brow
He may still leave thy garland green.

True Friendship

Friendship, thou balm for ev'ry ill,
I must aspire to thee;
Whose breezes bid the heart be still,
And render sweet the patient's pill,
And set the pris'ner free.

Friendship, it is the softest soul
Which feels another's pain;
And must with equal sighs condole,
While sympathetic streamlets roll,
Which nothing can restrain.

Not to be nominated smart,
Of mortals to be seen,
She does not thus her gifts impart,
Her aid is from a feeling heart,
A principle within.

When the lone stranger, forced to roam,
Comes shiv'ring to her door,
At once he finds a welcome home,
The torch of grace dispels his gloom,
And bids him grope no more.

Friendship was never known to fail
The voice of need to hear,
When ruthless ills our peace assail,
When from our hearts she draws the veil,
And drys the falling tear.

When dogs and devils snarl and fight,
She hides and dwells alone;
When friends and kindred disunite,
With pity she surveys the right,
And gives to each his own.

Friendship has not a sister grace
Her wonders to exceed;
She is the queen of all her race,
Whose charms the stoutest must embrace
When in the vale of need.

Friendship is but the feeling sigh,
The sympathizing tear,
Constrain'd to flow till others dry,
Nor lets the needy soul pass by,
Nor scorns to see or hear.

A real friendship

Only friends but not the friendship should be in question
Can this be termed as simple thing and narration?
This is unique bond and needs no further explanation
You can’t have it merely by extending the invitation

It bothered me since the beginning with some doubts
I was unable to think precisely and talk about
I cared so much about it in life but could go no further
I have all the sympathy for those who are for others

Yes, no one can definitely say why they want it?
What is the special need o go after person and greet?
What makes one impatient all the time to meet?
One may have all the comforts and prefer the home to sit

It has deep roots and special attachment
You can notice it in every movement
Joy and happiness rush on the face
You may want new friends and try to trace

We are social animal and need some one to care
You may not bother about who comes from where?
The person is needed by some one to confide
It is very difficult to suppress or hide

The person may be lucky if he has true friendship
There is so much joy in maintaining the companionship
It is like having good sailor on the board to navigate the ship
How the barren land can be so much attached to the camel as desert ship

It has to be durable and must have long spell
Everything may prove test of time and go well
It has to do so much with real bond
Every one should be careful and be fond

True Friendship

To me white lilies signify.
Ceremonies when people die.
The sad occasions we attend
to mourn a relative or friend.

When duty calls we must obey.
Although we’d rather stay away
from all the pomp and the pretence
but hesitate to give offence.

That all must die we do accept
we go to demonstrate respect
and by attending show support.
A vain attempt to give comfort

to loved ones who are left behind.
The dead are deaf and dumb and blind.
The service ends the mourners leave.
Then they are left alone to grieve

in their own time in their own way.
We know there’s nothing we can say
which will alleviate their distress.
Their sense of loss and hopelessness.

To me white lilies signify
ceremonies when people die.
Though later when you need support
most do not spare a single thought

for you except the faithful few
willing to spend time with you.
In the same way they’ve always done.
So that you won’t feel so alone.

They say that passing time will heal
the sore distress which you now feel.
I know too well it isn’t true
That’s why I’m always here for you

A friend on whom you can rely
if you need to talk or cry.
I know what you are going through.
Because my friend I’ve been there too.

White lilies quickly fade away
Good friends do not they’re here to stay.
You are my friend I care for you
and am prepared to show I do.
