Queen In Love

They all were there, the court was full
The king beside his queen
His love was cold, the fool will dance
for her 'till end of time,
The queen is in love,
The queen is in love.
She couldn't help her burning heart,
And now he's burning too.
Their love was blind,
They will dance until the end of time.
Queen is in love
Queen is in love
The furious king now has learned
He sentenced them to burn.
Forever one,
They are joined in death eternally
Queen is in love
Queen is in love

The Coal Miner, Dads At War & Little Baby

THE COAL MINER

Coal mines in my daddy's day
Were dug with strong hands and back.
They got larger and deeper
As the lungs of the miners turned black.

Cave-ins, fires and explosions
Were my father's daily fear.
But what choice has a man
When the wolf of hunger is near.

With three small kids and a wife
There were five stomachs to fill.
As we lived in poverty
In our shack below a hill.

I feel his blood within me
As the years of my life pass by
I'm proud that dad dug King Cole
For a miner so am I.

Life to me is but a rose
Though it's thorns can make me cry.
And like my dad before me
To my Lord I will not lie.

In cold earth someday I'll sleep
With a shinny stone above.
Carved in it, shall be the words
I have known the joy of love.

DADS AT WAR

Where would I be without you dad
My hero of night and day?
I'm so glad you love my mother
And think of us when you pray.

The last time we had Christmas
You reached for me with your hand.
I looked at you, then made a wish
That I might be just half the man.

I love my father of earth,
And I love my Father of Heaven.
It's a lot for me to love, you know
For I'm only eleven.

Mom and I sure miss you
Since you left to defend our flag.
When others ask, where is your dad
I can't help but boast and brag.

LITTLE BABY

Little baby, I love you
For you are a part of me
Each and every inch you'll grow
I want to be there to see.

Someday you'll chase fireflies
Who ride the breath of the winds.
Someday you'll be all grown up
And out on the town with friends.

You have your daddy 's freckles;
You've got your mommy's eyes.
I pray to God every day
You'll survive all of life's lies.

Little babies shoot up fast
As they need to stretch and grow.
They do such things as children do
In a world they've yet to know.

Someday you will understand
How your parents feel inside
Someday you'll have your babies
And raise them with great pride.

Of all the gifts that life may bring
A sweet baby is still the best
Your Dad and I shall love you
Till the day we're laid to rest.

MY QUEEN I LoVe YOU…

MOTHER, you’re my Precious Gift,
Heaven Under Your Feet,
Of my Heart you are the Beat,
MOTHER, from ALLAH you have been sent...

MAMMY, you’re my First School,
Without you I’m a fool,
You’re my REASON that’s sure…

MAMMA, my Precious Pearl,
My wounds you heal,
My sorrow you kill,
My tiredness you feel…

MOM, your LoVe in my Soul, it will Never die,
MOM, your LoVe in my Heart, it will Never breathe its last breath,

MOM, I'm never ready to say goodbye,
Don’t ask me why?
I’ll reply…

DEAR MOTHER, you’re my Mysterious Instinct…

I want to cry aloud,
“I’m soooooo proud”,
I’m so proud of your sacrifices,
I’m so proud of your patience,
I’m so proud of your noble feelings…

Thanks to your Wisdom, my Insight is Keen
Thanks to your Kindness, my Compassion is Deep
Thanks to your Heart, my LoVe is Sincere
Thanks to your Pure Soul, my Thought is Shrewd …

MY LOVELY MOM, you light my Day,
MY LOVELY MOM, you take my pain away …

MAMMA, your kind is angelic, so…

In my own way I'll say: THANK YOU…

MOM, THANK YOU, you made me a true-born,

MOM, THANK YOU, when I was weak, you gave me Strength,
MOM, THANK YOU, when I was disappointed, you called for Hope,
MOM, THANK YOU, when I was astray, you Guided me,
MOM, THANK YOU, when I was mistaken, you Warned me,
MOM, THANK YOU, when I was intolerant, you Softened me,
MOM, THANK YOU, when I was withered, you Flowered me again,
MOM, THANK YOU, when I was wrong, you Directed me,
MOM, THANK YOU, when I was guilty, you Reprimanded me,
MOM, THANK YOU, when I was anger you, Calmed me…

MOM THANK YOU, for your Patience,

MOM, THANK YOU, for your Help,
MOM, THANK YOU, for your Compassion,
MOM, THANK YOU, for your Care,
MOM, THANK YOU, for your Understanding,
MOM, THANK YOU, for your Tolerance,
MOM, THANK YOU, for your LoVe,
MOM, THANK YOU, for your Charity,
MOM, THANK YOU, for your Worry,
MOM, THANK YOU, for your Serenity…

MAMMA, you’re my panacea
MAMMA, without you I’m pariah …

MAMMA, you’re the very right QUEEN in the most Sensitive Empire “My Heart”… hence I’ll say: SORRY…

MY QUEEN, SORRY if a day I got you tiered,
MY QUEEN, SORRY if a day I angered you,
MY QUEEN, SORRY if a day I disappointed you,
MY QUEEN, SORRY if a day I forsaken you,
MY QUEEN, SORRY if a day I didn’t say: “I LoVe you”,
MY QUEEN, SORRY if a day is over and I didn’t embrace you,
MY QUEEN, SORRY if a day is over and I didn’t thank you,
MY QUEEN, SORRY if a day is over and I didn’t miss you,
MY QUEEN, SORRY if a day is over and I didn’t excuse you,
MY QUEEN, SORRY if a day is over and I didn’t respect you,
MY QUEEN, SORRY if a day is over and I didn’t care of you,
MY QUEEN, SORRY if a day is over and I didn’t support you…

MY QUEEN I LoVe YOU…

Where the bright lights are dim

Read the two letters
One from the attorneys
Another from your father
Read fast because the old
Man is retiring.He might
be dying even by now

What says my father this time?
I don't want to be bothered
with burdening family troubles
Read it loud so we may laugh
I want to go out in the city where
the bright lights are dim

Your father is angry with you
Apparently you are blasting his
money on booze.You are womanizing
And you are neglecting your studies
Your father is very worried

There is nothing to worry about
Let's leave girls
If you have anything to worry about
Let me know I'll about with
the drinks and the cash
Follow me my lovely friends
There's enough cash to blow tonight
where the bright lights are dim

Your father further elaborates
That you must not waste the best years
of your youth. He won't be there
For you forever

Tell my dad
I was not there in his youth
I want to enjoy myself while I'm
still
young. It makes no sense to want to
hit the limelight when you're old in
Your octogenarian jubilee.According
to the likes of my no use father I must
wait forever to join the fun outside
Let's not detain ourselves here forever
Move my petite young lovers. The groove
is hot where the bright lights are dim

Here's some more bad news
Your father is dying in his last death
throes
Already your uncles are fighting over
his properties and his vast rich estates
It's a matter of life and death
You are summoned to talk and listen to
your father as he instructs you in his death
screams

We all must die someday
If my father shall die today
Let them bury him in the old cemetery
It is best that he receives his deserved
punishment early for his string of past
sins
I am the walking dictionary of my father's
fault lines
And we will go my gorgeous friends and line
up
ourselves and parade ourselves in the glare
of the city where the bright lines are dim

You must sacrifice
your hedonistic love of this pleasures
Your long suffering father is dead
Go home like a good son and see to it that
your father is properly buried and
Say sorry to your hoping mad angry relatives

My father is the dying type
I will not forgive my father for dying
deliberately and making me an orphan
I owe nobody an explanation.Tell the angry
ones it takes two muscles to smile. And the
contorted face to be angry
What are you waiting for my friends? The night
is young.You don't want to die young.Grab
this opportunity and go out where the dim
moon is young. You don't want to be late when
The festivities start where the bright lights
Are dim. What else do you want to highlight
us about...Mister Eloquent?

I am not getting any younger
Here please.Take the strain of the last
bombshells
off my sagging shoulders.Read the treasonous
Contents of your father's will as dictated
to the lawyers and the board of trustees
The fun of the bright lights that ended the
hedonistic
wanderings of the prodigal son is on your dim
prospects

Oh no no my friends.Hold my hand I'm dying
My father's mansion and his vast estates are
to be donated to the charity of the orphanage!
He lives to me
A pair of his worn out shoes!
And a pair of silly binoculars to see
through the memories of the sea of his tears!
There you go my friends!
There will be no money for me at the bank
I now go
Alone to join the queue of the careless
and the homeless and the arrogant
Who do not reckon with the poisoned chalice of
the asinine humor of their parents

I Love The Way You Are

I love the way you are
The person you are inside,
A gentle shining star
With love that fills my pride,

The way you talk
The way you smile,
The way you walk
The way you beguile,

I will take you by the hand
To walk the path of life,
To build a home so grand
An' ask you be my wife.

Where the Wild Things Are

So wake up sleepy one
It's time to save your world

Steal dreams and give to you
Shoplift a thought or two
All children touch the sun
Burn your fingers one by one
By one

Will this earth be good to you ?
Keep you clean or stain through ?

So wake up sleepy one
It's time to save your world
You're where the wild things are
Yeah

I Wanted To Go To the Place/Where The Happy Poems Are

I WANTED TO GO TO THE PLACE/ WHERE THE HAPPY POEMS ARE

I wanted to go to the place
Where the Happy Poems are
To hear them within myself
To give them to others
To make Joy real for all of us
I wanted to give a little lift to the souls
Of anyone who would give a little time
To reading me.

I do have a happy soul sometimes
But it is not with me always
How much I have wished
To make others happy
And how long has it been
Since I truly succeeded?

I Want to Be Where the Palm Trees Are

I want to be where the palm trees are,
Upon some sunny and sandy beach,
I want to be away from it all-
Out of touch and out of reach.

I want to lose myself in the sea
Or rest upon some moss covered rocks,
To roam about-wild and free-
Away from the crowds, schedules and clocks.

I want a blank canvas to paint anew,
I want a blank page and a childlike mind
To sit on a hilltop with a scenic view,
To see the world to which I was blind.

Where The Mind Is Without Fear

Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high
Where knowledge is free
Where the world has not been broken up into fragments
By narrow domestic walls
Where words come out from the depth of truth
Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection
Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way
Into the dreary desert sand of dead habit
Where the mind is led forward by thee
Into ever-widening thought and action
Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake

Love grows

I know love grows
Yet sometimes its growth is painfully slow
That I just want to say goodbye and go

When moments are hard
And one is down and sad
I look into my own backyard
And ask where the love is?

For if love grows
When it is really necessary, why does it not show?
Instead love tries to hide away in grass that’s low
Or avoids those times by starting a gigantic row

Patience my dear! Says love
Love grows
Time will tell
Things will flow
Eventually love itself will surrender and bow

The Gippsland Hills Are Greener

The Powlett river downland go whispering towards the sea
And butcherbird is piping on sunlit wattle tree
And silver gulls are calling along the Gippsland shore
I love you my dear Country each day i love you more.

The English Land is greener some have been known to say
And English birds sing sweetly in leafy woods of may
But Gippsland hills are greener the greenest i have seen
And Aussie bird sing sweetly where woods are evergreen.

I've been to Indonesia and I've visited Japan
And I've had cake and coffee with wealthy Asian man
With wealthy men of London i have been out to tea
But bold men of Australia appeal far more to me.

I work for London company for influential co
And all my friends are wealthy and wealthy men i know
I once was middle class girl from Korumburra Town
And dad worked for demolition co knocking old buildings down

The English fields are greener the English proudly say
But I've lived in a greener Land thousands of miles away
Where Powlett river downland goes whispering towards the sea
And butcherbird is piping on sunlit wattle tree.

It Is Love Still, There Is No Other...

i accompany you to a wall
i know this wall fully well
it walled me since i was small,

and then i fall in love with you
and you feel the same wall despite the openness of the port of
the city where our love boat is docked
despite the songs of seagulls
despite the softness of my hands cupping your breasts

you ask me to explain about this wall
and so i am taking you there
for you to see

the wall has become thicker and higher
walling me since ages then
and it stares at me

asking, if i have learned about love at all?
if i have really love you? if i really love myself
despite the blindness that the wall is giving me
all my life

the wall is teasing me in front of you
i am ashamed

but i do not give up and hand all my life
without a fight to this wall

and i look at you
and i tell the wall your name

'here is my savior
have pity, she does not know a wall
she has not lived there once
she does not know your name
she cannot feel your
loneliness
she will die
she does not know a fight
against the wall'

and then there is silence
like an ocean's trench

the wall opens a door
some tears are left on the stairs

'it is love still, there is no other' the wind
sings to the highest cliff
on that mountain of
death.

Chewing On Memories Like Broken Mirrors In Her Sleep

Chewing on memories like broken mirrors in her sleep
tears of blood run from her eyes.
She doesn't know I'm watching
but I've got windows everywhere.
But for her
just for her
because nobody else cares
third eye satellites with unlimited airspace
in her choice of skies to match her eyes.
A haemorrhage of sunsets.
Fly little bird fly
as if you weren't the shattered sparrow
God took his eye off
when you fell.
Sometimes the mystic oversights
have more to say
about the great revelations of the world
than all the burning bushes in the valley of Tuwa.
Rumours and news.
Fly little bird fly.
Be an apostate waterbird
and let your skull skip out over the lake
like the moon through a glass house
that's been asking for it for years.
There must be stars
that haven't bloomed yet
somewhere in the corner of a leftover garden
that no one's trampled on
like moon rocks
on a firewalk with a spoon
that hisses like the head of a viper
boiling with venom
at the tip of the tongue of a Zippo lighter.
Fly little bird fly
into a state of grace
that isn't tainted by your experience
of the taste of humanity
that threw you like bad meat
down your own wishing well.
How they pried your innocence out of you
like a flower before it was ready to open
like a keepsake from a locket
your mother gave to you on her death bed
like a silver bullet that would keep you safe
from the grave robbers
the moment you used it on yourself.
Fly little bird fly.
I don't know why
people attach more of an emergency
to the exit
than they do to the entrance
but I guess you'd have to ask a junkie about that
who's used to coming in through the back door
with a ticket to ride
that's better than a forged passport
to Disneyland
after you've done business with the Pentagon.
Fly little bird fly.
Don't lose your nerve for enlightenment.
There's the Bodhi tree.
There's Venus in the dawn.
And there's all this emptiness.
Isn't it sweeter
than a hot fix
once you've gone beyond
the last judgment between right and wrong
like the pick up sticks of the I Ching
into the nirvanic bliss
of discovering nothing
was your best guess after all?
Fly little bird fly.
Disappear into your own eyes
like a candle
that's stopped sticking its tongue out at the darkness
looking for a new place to hit.
Fly little bird fly
as if you weren't tarred and feathered like Icarus.
And may the sun that shines at midnight
find you a lot more approachable
than apple blossoms
scattered like ashes on the wind
or fireflies that can't hold their fixed positions
like the stars.
O it's so anatomically true
that life on earth hurts
especially when you've fallen
out of love with love
like a baby out of the nest of a lullaby.
Down will come baby
shaman and all.
I see your bruised body on the bed
like the embryo of some past miscarriage
that taught you how flesh
can grieve for its own death
while it's still alive.
I see the black haloes.
I see the bright horns.
I see the butterfly feelers
that have burnt out
like the short-lived filaments
of your average light bulb
and the place where you were anointed
with holy oil that hissed.
And it's hard to miss where the apple sat
when William Burroughs
shot you through the head
pretending he was William Tel
like your crackhead boyfriend did last night.
Luckily he missed your heart.
He should have hired a firing squad
instead of relying on a sniper.
You don't send a single viper
to do the job
of the whole snakepit
when you take out a contract
on anything as elusive as that.
I've made the bed
and you can lie in it alone
for as long as you want.
I'll keep watch over you
like a mongoose or a lighthouse
over a bird that was stared to stone by snakes
and I won't have anything to expiate
if I see their shadows
sliding hate mail under the door.
Fly little bird fly.
No more skies that lie like windows
about what you're going through.
No more pretending
those bruises on your arm
are rare orchids of jungle love.
When you went to sleep
tangled up in the powerlines
you couldn't teach to dance to your flute
and the rhythm of your body
like bullwhips
you might have felt
like a broken kite on a funeral pyre
but if my magic still works
by the time you wake up
I'll make sure
you open your eyes like a phoenix.
So fly little bird fly.
The world won't heal while you sleep.
Your lover won't have a change of heart.
He broke you like a chandelier
he threw down the road
in a drunken rage
on a Friday night
like a bottle of beer.
One solitude denies another theirs.
Lovers take each other hostage.
The rest is the Stockholm syndrome.
One fanatic.
One addict.
It looks like devotion
It looks like a life raft on the sea of love
but the ocean's gone rabid and mad.
Just look at the way it foams at the mouth.
Things are bad.
Fly little bird fly.
You're not caught in the chimney
with no way out.
You're the genie of the lamp.
You're the one that tunes the power lines
that are humming along with you
like Mozart with a sparrow.
You're the silence
that times the rhythm of the music.
You're the tuning fork
not the lightning rod
of a wanna be god
in a pick-up truck
who keeps you around
to beat on like a false idol
who shalt not come before him.
Stop pecking at the crumbs of your dreams
like the leftovers of a garden
that used to be secret
That's no way to get out of a labyrinth
when you've got wings.
So fly little bird fly.
Disappear into the depths of a starmap
that breaks into flames as you approach
the creative intensities of your own shining
like sumac in the fall.
Here's the dead branch.
Here's the green one.
You be the moon.
You be the blossom.
You be the firefly.
You be the hidden night bird
with the faraway call
that doesn't make the distinction at all
because you're too far gone to tell
by any feature of the light
you can often see things deeper
in a black mirror
than you can in a white.

The Summer Nights Are Short

The summer nights are short
Where northern days are long:
For hours and hours lark after lark
Trills out his song.
The summer days are short
Where southern nights are long:
Yet short the night when nightingales
Trill out their song.

In the garden irises are flowering (Novelinee)

In the garden irises are flowering
in colours of yellow, purple and blue
as if something to them are happening
some are mixed in yellow and purple too
and some are mauve, or some are somewhat brown,
I wonder if other flowers I will see
where magnificent they grow on their own,
while the weavers are singing constantly
in a kind of solemn serenity.

Love Grows Slowly

You of the winter eye
Hoar frost and crab tree
Eyelids of ice, you lie
Beside and beyond me.

Cold are the storms of you
That scatter your needings,
Deep are the wells you fill
With other men's readings.

Leaving me wait for grace
And the autumn, its crowning,
Deep in the golden leaves
Here am I, drowning.

Playing that patience, time...
That measures us only,
Whisper the one true line -
Love grows slowly.

True Love

When heart beats arise sweet pain
Eyes become thirsty for a dear one
Love grows there and brings merry rain
Love becomes young at that moment.
Grows then more and places to heights
Never to fade shines ever bright.
Love is a worship rather any God
And a true love never it wastes.
This is the Sangam of two hearts
Wherein to sink in soul's escort.
By and by it grows to more
Love of hearts is a Divine Love sure.

Daily Our Love Grows Stronger (English Sonnet)

Daily our love grows stronger in me and you
as if to it there is no end,
as if constantly it becomes more true
and to each other we do not pretend

as the depth of it
grows more and more deeper still
and perfectly together we do fit
as we live by our own free will

and in your company time does fly
while in each other we are caught,
as each passing day rushes by
and our love is as it ought

as something known and true and a mystery,
as if previously we had a kind of history.
