COVID - The greatest equalizer

We are all covered in loneliness
- with a cold and lonely blanket -
desperately trying to keep our soul warm,
and fend off the insidious virus,
that is torturing and infecting
our well being.

We are hoping that sometime,
in the near future,
we would be able to emerge
from the cold and lonely blanket,
revealing a much better
and humble person.

We all should recognize
that the greatest equalizer
- the deadly virus -
doesn't discriminate,
but merely teaching us a lesson...

Nobody is above nobody...
We are all equal
and we have to learn,
to thrive and to better ourselves.

We have to learn
to respect and to be kind
to one another,
and to learn to appreciate
the little things...

Little things can make us
a bigger person ,and
a much happier person.

The most important lesson
is to learn to love, and
give love to those close to you.

To learn to enjoy every day
as it would be your last day...

You never know when
the greatest ever equalizer,
knocks on your door...
Therefore, live to love and
love to live...
