Yellow flagged
it's racing under the yellow flag
no overtaking
and can't be late on my brakes
i'm right on her tail
but i cannot get by
for if i did
i would be disqualified
i now can see the scenery
and the red and white of the kerbs
waiting for penalty imposed on me for pushing her
pushing her sidewards
into the concrete
bursting the tires
and slide upside down
just like we all do
just like we all do
sometimes
and then the flag is green
she sprints away
and can't be even seen
