What Has Love Become?

lust without love
rape
lust with love
acceptable
love changes everything
Love
is love all we need?
does the world shun salvation
out of pride
to void the corny solution
debate it if you will
but, no
the world doesn't need love
it depends on it
without it
their would be no I, no you, no they
a hamster runs the wheel
and at the end of the day
he's still stuck in a cage
though we may pity his way of life
we are no different
we are all running without sight over the hill
never knowing what lies forward
perhaps it's just curiosity that drives us

it's love
love for ones self
love for ones wellbeing
love for the ones around us
oh boy love is all we need honey
but perhaps we don't know what love is
try this, replace all love
with money
