A bluch on your cheeks / A bluch on my cheeks

And once we're in class / And as we go into class
It's me you ignore / It's him I ignore
You pretend you don't care / I can't show I care
While begging for more / But I'm dying for more

You talk with your girls / I begin talking to friends
About me I assume / About him and my doom
What move is the right one / Wondering what move shall I make
To make in this room / In this tiny classroom

You get up from your chair / And when it's decided
And walk towards me / I get up from my chair
With some lame excuse / To deliver a line
That's not what it seems / And a quick silent prayer

'Can I use a pencil? ' / While I ask for a pencil
Is your favourite line / My typical line
Though in your head the question / My heart changes the words
Is 'Will you be mine? ' / Into 'Will you be mine? '

You've never asked directly / Though I haven't asked him out

Though all the rumours say yes / I know someday I will
