Round and round
Spinning to the ground
This sound of joy and happiness
The noises of enjoyment
The dance that takes place
Flying colours
Twirling shapes
Childish laughter
Round and round
The world keeps spinning
Despite all the anger
It’s spinning through darkness
Shedding light in all directions
This dance is fun
This dance will be won
Spinning, falling, laughing
More, More, More
I hunger for more of this
This colour, this happiness
This constant excitement
Spinning to the ground
The things that you see
Things that you hear
Leaving little space for fear
Jump up! Fall down!
Don’t ever stop spinning round!
