Dear ring of gold
from past days of old
you still mean the world to me,
with glitter on show
in tone soft and low
you tell of my destiny.
Dear ring of gold
such secrets you hold
enchantment with each memory,
delight you bestow
fifty years all aglow
on your own anniversary.
