My Thanksgiving Prayer
On this day of giving thanks
we are filled with emotion
because to you God, we always
give our thanks with devotion
We desire for you to please help us
so we can for others, always care
and hope to enjoy this beautiful dinner
like the one we're about to share
In our most difficult moments
may we never spend them apart
we're always going to be with you
carrying your spirit in our heart.
