Music, like love, dear from the heart
Is such gift distinct to play part
In its sensuous role as an art
In building the soul to its start.
Music, like love, makes the world stark
With harmony to render spark,
Placing a wonderful mark,
Bright for life to come out of dark.
Music, like love, evermore lies
Straight to the very light, it cries.
It awakens the soul to rise
Upward to feel its refining guise.
Music, like love, has such a bind.
Ooh, how music does wash the mind
For all tranquility to find.
To the mind, it is very kind.
