Happily Humble
I just heard the news... Kid, it made me smile
I know how much you are in love with love
I know how you've probably prayed above
You only had to wait a little while
Though I am lonely and missing you much
It's quite tough to not be happy for you
Because, in my heart, my heart always knew
Someone very soon would find your hand's touch
Too beautiful to go unseen for long
Far too talented to not cause some stir
Too classy to not attract some monsieur
But, still my heart hurts to see you move on
I'm not the first to watch my world crumble
Yet, her joy makes me happily humble
