Glow Through the Fog
My dreams are clouded, shaded by fog
But one light stands strong
The only one that belongs
Inside my head, inside my thoughts
I could never see this light till now
The surprise was great when I found out how
The brightness seeped into my dreams
It was you with a lantern
Standing alone
Waiting for someone
Someone you’ve known
I knew from the beginning
I’d be the one
To find you
To help you
To call you my own
So now in my dreams
My thoughts have shifted
The fog has been lifted
I can see me
Holding you tightly
Forever together
We float away lightly
