Fatherly Advice
The dishes your room and homework are done,
It's time to rest for a while,
You go to the porch to swing on the swing,
And think about things with a smile.
You dream of the future, reflect on the past,
Then look in the sky with wonder,
Why stars in the night always shine bright,
And the moon appears as a sliver.
Things like these are yours to enjoy,
So don't let lifes problems surround you,
Just stick to the scheme and follow your dreams,
For things will turn out as they ought to.
