Cats, they say, live nine lives
It’s a cat-astrophic theory
When one is gone, eight survive
It’s cat-egorically eery
Thirty six legs and eighteen eyes
Each one a cat of nine tails
Felines deserve the longevity prize
As they through their nine lives sail
